Under the Whistleblowing Act, which transposes the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive, all companies with more than 50 employees must implement a whistleblowing system by 17 December 2023. “Yet another pain in the neck in the middle of the year-end madness” might think most of the concerned business leaders.

Together with our client, the software development company DELAWARE Consulting Hungary, we offer an easy-to-adopt solution to the companies concerned, which allows them to comply with the legal requirements (which we have already summarized in detail in our previous article) very quickly, the security of the information communicated in the system is guaranteed at a high level, and the independent and fast investigation of complaints can be ensured by using the whistleblower attorney services of our office.

This complex solution will be presented at the CEO & HR Forum organized by the Swedish-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce on 18 October 2023 from 8:40 am at the Electrolux Showroom (1133 Budapest Váci út 80.). The programme will also include a roundtable discussion, where we are very pleased to welcome several companies who are already using or planning to implement a whistleblowing system, so they can share their experience and we will discuss how such a system can help to build employer branding and trust.
